Academic Integrity Research Insights in Eurasia

Join researchers, Dr Tomas Foltynek, Mendel University, Brno, Czechia and Dr Irene Glendinning, Coventry University, UK, as they share exclusive insights into the European academic integrity landscape from their recent research project, funded by the Council of Europe.

Building on the results of two previous projects, this recent project brings the total number of countries surveyed to 38.

The Project of Academic Integrity in the Caucasus, Kazakhstan and Turkey (PAICKT) considers approaches to academic integrity observed in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Turkey.

Based on survey responses from those studying and working in higher education, combined with regional evidence, the webinar will share examples of good practice as well as gaps and recommendations for institutions.

The presenters will also introduce the European Network for Academic Integrity (ENAI), a consortium of 12 partner institutions, led by Tomas. Established as part of a three year Erasmus+ project, ENAI has developed a wide range of high-quality materials that are freely available on the project website.

This webinar will be of interest to anyone researching or working in the areas of academic quality and integrity. Participants from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan and Turkey are particularly welcome to join us to share insights.
